This week is PINK OUT!!!!  We are gearing up for a fast weekend of swims at the PACK Pretty in Pink Meet.  The kids have spent the past couple of weeks incorporating some sprint ad resistance work into their aerobic capacity training block and they are feeling fast!

This week we see two combined days at the South pool.  TISD is in the thick of Water Polo Playoffs this week as the high school season comes to a close.  Both Monday 10/5 and Thursday 10/8 the north facility on Zion Rd will be hosting bi-distrcit and area playoffs, respectively.  Please make sure that you follow the combined practice schedule at the South pool on those two days.

Have a great week everyone!
